Her track, “Black Rage,” a spin off of the Sound of Music classic “My Favorite Things,” has her listing the different explanations for the anger stemming from the African American community including “rapings and beatings and suffering that worsens.”
“Black rage is founded on draining and draining/Threatening your freedom to stop your complaining,” she sings. “Poisoning your water while they say it’s raining/Then call you made for complaining, complaining.”
